Junior Club

The Junior Club is one of the strongest and most established development programmes in the region, with teams competing across Under 10, Under 12, Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 age groups.

Our junior teams compete in both Central Venue Leagues (CVL) and National League (NL), across Regional, Conference and Premier League levels. The club currently has Under 14, Under 16 and Under 18 teams competing in the Premier Leagues for both girls and boys, making it one of the few clubs in the country to achieve this standard across both pathways.

All junior teams train twice per week, with sessions lasting either 60 or 90 minutes depending on age group and level. Our performance pathway is further strengthened through links with the club’s academy programmes at Hartland High School and Henley Sixth Form Academy, where selected players can access basketball on a daily basis alongside academic study, while competing in Association of Colleges (AoC), EABL and WEABL competitions.

Hartland High School also offers a Junior Academy programme for players in Years 7 to 11, providing a basketball-focused environment alongside their education.
